Treating/Coating, Blending, Grinding, Packaging & Logistics

Complimenting our legacy line of Novacite^®, MMCO has expanded operations to include several toll services for our customers.  We offer equipment and expertise in the ability to grind, blend, surface treat and package materials/minerals.  Each request is processed as a custom order.  Typically, we require a sample of your material for examination in order to give our customer an accurate quote.  Examples of our services include: micronizing, grinding the mineral down to a smaller particle size, blending minerals to customers specific ratios with other "dry" materials and packaging end product in customer provided bags.  We will work with our customers to process a sample that meets their specification before preparing large orders.  Call us or email today to see how a half-century of expertise can assist you with your specialty processing.  501-623-8893.

BLENDING - MMCO has worked with customers for years and honed our ability to blend large quantities of aggregates and raw minerals to the desired ratio to fit our customers formula.

SURFACE TREATING - MMCO can help you enhance your mineral or materials mechanical properties with silane treated surface modification.  We can process 1 lb batches up to truck load quantities.

PACKAGING - MMCO has worked with our customers over the years to assist in reducing extra shipping and labor cost by offering packaging services.  We can package in our standard bag, or into customer provided bags.

LOGISTICS - MMCO has built strong relationships with carriers over the years.  We have broadened our list of competencies to include an in-house freight broker.  Further simplifying the order process for our customers.
